1. Digital Product Policy

  • All products sold on gplnext99 are digital downloads.

  • Once a product has been purchased and delivered (via download link or account access), we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as the product cannot be “returned” like physical goods.

2. Refund Eligibility
